As an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, my area of experience is limited to the business arena and I am happy to deal with any level of person within the organisation and I am comfortable working in both the private and public sector.
I currently work using a variety of Coaching Models such as GROW/CLEAR/ACHIEVE but predominantly our sessions will be about me asking lots of questions (sometimes challenging) and listening as you answer.
I offer my services on the following basis:
7 sessions booked but you get the initial session for free (so a total of 7 sessions). I hope that this demonstrates my belief that any relationship of this nature relies on us being able to feel that we can work together. Once you have committed to the 6 paid sessions, I shall ensure that all subsequent sessions between us are followed up with an email confirming the main points discussed and any Action Plan to which you agreed.
The first session will be an opportunity for us to discuss the Coaching Agreement and run through how I operate as a coach/mentor and to start exploring what goals you have and how you will measure “success” in the relationship. We will also look at how much you want the relationship to be one of coaching and/or mentoring.
As I have access to a wide range of assessments that could be very useful to our relationship, I shall offer these to you at the outset and provide costings to include 1-2-1 feedback but whether or not you choose to add this to the coaching will be your decision.
